Kezia is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in optimizing operations and ensuring compliance in healthcare. At The Karen Hospital, she drives key initiatives that enhance efficiency and quality management.

Policy Development & Implementation
Kezia played a crucial role in implementing the Data Protection Act 2019. She ensured compliance while safeguarding patient data.

Project Management
She successfully led the Oracle Fusion ERP & SCM implementation. Her role included team leadership, project documentation, and earning recognition from both the CEO and Oracle CSM.

Quality Management
Kezia spearheaded the hospital’s transition from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015. This upgrade ensured compliance with the latest quality standards and led to successful certification.

HMIS Expertise
She played a key role in deploying the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS). She refined user requirements and took on responsibilities as a Senior User and Administrator.

SOPs & Process Documentation
Kezia oversees Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), working closely with technical teams. She ensures all documentation aligns with regulatory requirements, including Lab QA for Lab 15189:2015 accreditation.

Big Data Analytics
She leverages big data to support strategic decision-making. Her insights drive hospital programs, including COSECSA’s surgical training site.

Change Management
As the Change Lead for Oracle SCM & ERP, Kezia guided the hospital through critical operational transitions.

COVID-19 Management
During the pandemic, she simplified COVID-19 management processes. She also created visual maps that streamlined operations across the hospital and its branches.
