Kezia is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in streamlining operations and ensuring compliance within healthcare environments. At The Karen Hospital, she leads key initiatives that improve efficiency and drive quality management.

  1. Policy Development & Implementation
    Kezia has been instrumental in implementing the Data Protection Act 2019, ensuring compliance and protecting patient data.
  2. Project Management
    She successfully managed the Oracle Fusion ERP & SCM implementation, leading teams, documenting the project, and earning recognition from the CEO and Oracle CSM.
  3. Quality Management
    Kezia led the hospital’s upgrade from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015, ensuring adherence to the latest standards and achieving certification.
  4. HMIS Expertise
    She played a major role in implementing the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS), refining user requirements, and becoming a Senior User and Administrator.
  5. SOPs & Process Documentation
    Kezia oversees the hospital’s SOPs, collaborating with technical teams to ensure documentation meets regulatory standards, including Lab QA for Lab 15189:2015 accreditation.
  6. Big Data Analytics
    She leverages big data for strategic decision-making, offering insights that support hospital programs, including COSECSA’s surgical training site.
  7. Change Management
    As the Change Lead for Oracle SCM & ERP, Kezia guided the hospital through key operational changes.
  8. Covid-19 Management
    Kezia simplified COVID-19 management processes, creating visual maps that streamlined operations across the hospital and its branches.
